AMBER EVERDING

Amber has been in the construction/design field for over 8 years; at InterCon General Contractors she acted as Office Manager and Assistant Project Manager. Amber’s current responsibilities at Optimus Construction include contract administration, construction plan management, assisting with subcontractor bids, assisting in job site set-up/close-out, schedule management, and logistics. Amber is responsible for monitoring and managing all aspects of Contracts Administration including change orders and exhibits. Amber oversees subcontractor compliance, insurance, license verifications, maintains all contract documentation, verifies contract compliance and prevailing wage compliance. She acts as a liaison to project management concerning bids, subcontracting, progress and delays. Amber assists the Project Manager and Superintendent, where applicable, in the day to day duties of a project’s administration.
