Optimus Now Offers LEED Support Services

Optimus Construction now offers LEED Support Services. Sustainable practices impact construction from building material procurement to waste removal, from sub-contractor involvement to air-quality and site disturbance management during construction. Prior to construction Optimus will conduct a construction impact analysis to review what LEED points are the most attainable and what cost impact the LEED certification will have on construction budget. Optimus has developed a database of sustainable design products and materials.
The Company employs in-house LEED accredited personnel who are trained in all aspects of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System. Our expertise includes knowledge of LEED requirements, the points rating system, and the process for achieving each level (Certification, Silver, Gold and Platinum), as well as Sustainable Sites, Water Efficiency, Energy and Atmosphere, Materials and Resources, Indoor Environmental Quality, Innovation and Design Process.
Optimus recognizes the need to instill affordability in green production and create an optimal balance between sustainable measures and project budget.
