Figueroa Senior Housing will be a new construction project of 35 rental apartments for seniors; all 35 of the units will be one-bedroom units of approximately 525 sq. ft. The building will be Type V modified construction with 3 stories of residential over a Type I parking structure. The community will comply with the Enterprise Community Partners, Green Communities Criteria. The Figueroa Senior Housing concept incorporates specific features designed to facilitate an active and creative senior community. The secured site will offer onsite community amenities such as a community room, lounge area, community garden, bbq area, laundry facilities, and on-site management offices.
