Robert has over 20 years of prior construction experience and has been with Optimus since its inception. His experience prior to entering the construction industry was with Seagram’s in the re-engineering department and at Parsons as a communications specialist.  As the Financial Analyst Robert is integral in preparing the monthly pay applications for each job adhering to the complex reporting rules of each contract, owner, agency, and lender.  He prepares and interprets monthly job budget variance analyses and prepares monthly forecasts in conjunction with the Project Managers ensuring accuracy of the job’s financial performance.  Robert has superior technology skills which he utilizes in addition to his Financial Analyst responsibilities to evaluate existing technology and process issues utilizing his expertise with Excel, Sage Master Builder, and the Liberty interface software.  In addition, he evaluates upcoming technologies for enhancing the current technologies.  Robert is a graduate of USC with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.
