I am happy to report that the construction of 160-units of permanent supportive housing for the homeless is coming along on schedule in Harbor Gateway, allowing for new tenants to move in during the spring and summer of 2018. The northern building, which will front 127th Street, consists of a four-story building containing 85 apartments. The residential units will consist predominantly of studio and one-bedroom dwellings, with rents between $363 and $545 per month. Immediately south, the second component of the development would consist of another four-story structure fronting El Segundo Boulevard. This low-rise structure would contain a mixture of 75 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom dwellings, with rents between $290 and $1079 per month.
