The Campus at LA Family Housing

North Hollywood, CA

The Campus at LA Family Housing is new construction of 50 units of permanent supportive housing. 49 units are comprised of efficiency / studio units of approximately 450 sq. ft. each with one on-site manager’s unit which is a two-bedroom apartment of approximately 970 sq.ft. The project also includes a rich offering of community spaces and resident services, including: large community room with kitchen and storage, residents lounge, fitness room, laundry, open-air courtyard and roof terraces, resident service offices, on-site property manager and office, public lobby and on-site parking for 54 spaces. The development is a 4-story building of Type V construction over one level of subterranean garage of Type I construction. Sustainable requirements include LEED for Homes Multi-Family Mid-Rise. There will also be a 25,000 sq. ft. facility to include a medical clinic, job center; housing center; enterprise spaces; a community/training room and office space.

At the 2018 Southern California Association of NonProfit Housing (SCANPH) Annual Conference, LA Family Housing was was awarded the Transformative Communities Development of the Year Award for our The Campus at LA Family Housing project and received an honorable mentions for The Fiesta.
